We will email this form to you after your purchase for you to look over! You are also welcome to print it out and bring it yourself - otherwise we will have copies available for you upon arrival. :)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou will also need to sign a consent form upon arrival.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe session will begin with a cup of tea from Tennessee Sassanachs that corresponds with the area of focus that you choose on your questionnaire (\u003cspan\u003estress\/relaxation, digestion, general inflammation\/comfort\u003c\/span\u003e, \u003cspan\u003epregnancy\/postpartum)\u003c\/span\u003e followed by a brief introduction to acupuncture and how it may be used as part of an integrative approach to supporting overall well-being.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach participant will have a brief tongue and pulse assessment with Alexandria Russell, D.Ac., L.Ac., followed  by their choice of: \u003cstrong\u003eGentle ear acupuncture\u003c\/strong\u003e OR \u003cstrong\u003eneedle-free ear seeds.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYou’ll then have time to settle in, relax, and enjoy your tea while the treatment takes place! \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo previous acupuncture experience is necessary.
