Cutting teeth isn't fun for ANYONE - least of all your baby!
Sore gums, crankiness, waking up more often through the night, and lots (and lots) of drool are just a few of the symptoms that they typically experience.
One method that parents have used for AGES is simply freezing a damp cloth and letting their baby chew on it to numb and soothe the gums! This is super simple, and usually super helpful - but we took it one step further.
Our Teething Tea (chamomile, chickweed, licorice root, skullcap and lemon balm) offers your baby even more relief, anti-inflammatory and deeply soothing properties than just plain water! It's an extremely easy way to incorporate gentle herbal healing AND can be prepared in advance for when you need it!
We also offer a refill option so that you can stock back up on tea bags when you run out :)
KIT INCLUDES: 2 REUSABLE CLOTHS, 5 BAGS OF READY-TO-STEEP TEA & INSTRUCTION CARD
TEA INGREDIENTS: Matricaria recutita (chamomile flowers), Stellaria media (chickweed), Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice root), Scutellaria lateriflora (skullcap), Melissa officinalis (lemon balm)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Bring one quart of water to boil in a stainless steel pot. Add tea bag and cover for 20 min.
2. Remove tea bag and allow tea to cool to room temperature.
3. Dip 3/4 of the included cloth into tea, leaving a small portion dry for the baby to grip.
4. Wring excess liquid out of cloth and repeat with the remaining cloth(s).
5. Fold the cloth(s) into quarters and place individually into separate plastic bags to freeze.
6. When ready to use: Thaw until cloth is pliable but still cold. Give to baby to hold (or hold it for them) while they chew on the cold, tea-soaked cloth for pain relief.
7. Wash cloths between uses.

While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
