These days, elderberry syrup is pretty well-known for being a serious immune booster - and for good reason!
Elderberries are full of flavonoids, high in vitamins A and C, antioxidants, bioflavonoids, betacarotene, iron, and potassium.
They are specifically great for respiratory issues and there are many studies that document elderberry's ability to drastically reduce the severity and length of the flu (and other illnesses like head colds) when taken early on.
We've also added ginger and cinnamon for helping relieve symptoms such as nausea and inflammation, AND for further aiding the body in destroying harmful bacteria.
The other cool thing about our syrup is that it contains NO honey which means it is safe for children less than a year old!

DIRECTIONS: Take 1-2 teaspoons once daily for general health. Take 1 teaspoon three times daily when feeling the onset of sickness or are already sick.

While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
