This combination of herbs + apple cider vinegar produces a synergistic effect that can help balance and stabilize blood sugar levels!
When taken on its own, apple cider vinegar can slow down the absorption of glucose into the bloodstream after a meal, thus avoiding blood sugar spikes. It can also improve insulin sensitivity overall!
Nettle leaf, red raspberry leaf, licorice root, and fennel seed can help to:
- increase insulin secretion
- reduce inflammation
- balance cholesterol levels
- delay glucose breakdown / absorption

DIRECTIONS: Take 30-60 drops (1/4 - 1/2 tsp) in between every meal. Can dilute in a glass of water if desired.

*NOTE: Since this extract is targeted for those who are sensitive or intolerant to alcohol, we used apple cider vinegar instead of rum as the solvent.
