Take it before/during/after traveling, during stressful periods of life, if you are having gut issues (especially stress-related), are having chronic aches and pains, or are sick or trying to prevent becoming sick!

DIRECTIONS: FOR BEST RESULTS - Take 1-2 mL (1/4 - 1/2 tsp) (which is 1-2 dropperfuls) 1-3 times a day.

While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
