Joint Rescue Tincture

Turmeric is well known to be one of the most effective natural aids for relieving joint pain caused by osteoarthritis AND rheumatoid arthritis! This is thanks to the curcumin content - which also gives turmeric its vibrant yellow color. 

What's not as well known is that the bioactive compound, 'piperine' which is found in black pepper (responsible for the spicy taste) can help enhance the body's absorption of curcumin by up to 2000%!!

Combining the two in a tincture creates something known as 'synergy' in the herbal world. This just means that, when combined, certain herbs can actually boost and make each other stronger and more effective!

CAUTION: turmeric can stain clothing, so be careful :)

DIRECTIONS: Take 1 mL (1/4 tsp) 1-3 times a day
