Ginger, cardamom and fennel are some STAR players when it comes to encouraging healthy digestive functions!

They are well-known (and loved) for their ability to promote less gas, bloating, cramps, nausea, heartburn, and several other symptoms of indigestion.

The flavor is a little spicy (ginger), a little citrusy (cardamom), and naturally sweet (fennel) giving you a well-rounded, warming, comforting cup of tea that is delicious on its own, with a little bit of honey, OR with a healthy splash of milk! <3

NOTE: Not for use in pregnancy or while currently taking pharmaceutical medication except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner. 

INGREDIENTS: Foeniculum vulgare (fennel seed), Zingiber officinale (ginger root), Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom pods)

DIRECTIONS: Add 1 TBS of tea to 8 oz (1 cup) of just-boiled water. Let steep for 6-8 minutes, then strain. Feel free to add honey or sweetener of your choice!

While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
