Lavender: One of the most gentle yet powerful essential oils, lavender will help induce a state of calm on the central nervous system and is specifically helpful for pets suffering from separation anxiety. It is also good for car-ride anxiety and sickness, allergies, and insomnia.
German (Blue) Chamomile Hydrosol: Possesses calming and sedative properties which are especially good for pets with a fear of loud noises, and for calming them down before vet visits or potentially stressful situations.
Neroli Hydrosol: Another great one for calming anxiety and fear, neroli can be helpful for dogs suffering from grief or depression. It uplifts the mood while calming and relaxing the mind and body.

While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
