Making a small cup of tea part of your getting-ready-for-bed routine can be a really fun way to start winding down from the day!
This sleep tea contains herbs known for their calming effects on the nervous system which can help soothe indigestion, relax tense muscles, reduce anxiety and stress, and quiet a racing mind.
We also added one of our FAVORITE herbs - lemon verbena!
Some studies have shown that it has the ability to increase melatonin production to help us fall asleep quicker and sleep better overall!
It also tastes AMAZING and adds a really unique, sweet lemony flavor to this already delicious tea blend that will have you looking forward to your tea routine before bed each night <3
DIRECTIONS: For best results: Drink 30-60 minutes before bed. Add 1 TBS of tea to 6 - 8 oz of just-boiled water. Let steep for 8-10 minutes, then strain. Feel free to add honey or sweetener of your choice!

While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
