Lemon balm is one of the most widely loved nervines for its gentle uplifting and relaxing qualities, chamomile is wonderful for easing emotional stress and relieving stress-related digestive issues, linden leaf eases nervous tension and supports the cardiovascular system, and rose petals and spearmint are incredibly soothing for the mind and the digestive system alike.
Try it out for some non-sleepy stress relief!
DIRECTIONS: Add 1-2 TBS of tea to 6 - 8 oz of just-boiled water. Let steep for 8-10 minutes, then strain. Feel free to add honey or sweetener of your choice!
