Gotu Kola: supports balanced blood pressure, can improve circulation and vessel health, and can calm anxiety.
Calendula: supports a healthy immune system, can reduce inflammation, and encourages healthy lymphatic flow which is important for getting rid of toxins in the body.
Stinging Nettle: FULL of vitamins and minerals! Is an especially good source of vitamin C and Iron - very helpful after blood loss.
Spilanthes: antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties that help fight off infections and viral illnesses.

Due to the purpose of this blend, a longer steep time is necessary!
DIRECTIONS: In a saucepan bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Turn off heat, and add ½ cup of tea blend to the water. Cover and let infuse for 30 minutes, then strain. For best results: Drink 3 cups a day!
