Wild Lettuce Tincture

Wild lettuce is another one of those "weeds" that people tend to rip out of their garden beds! While it's not one of the prettiest plants, it CAN offer some gentle pain relief!

Commonly called "lettuce opium," Lactuca virosa (along with a few other varieties) has been used for thousands of years to treat menstrual cramps, rheumatic muscular and joint pains, chronic general pain, and more! 

It has also been known to help you fall asleep faster and encourage deeper sleep overall, as it is considered a mild sedative. 

This is a wonderful herbal ally to keep in your medicine cabinet for when you need a little extra pain relief! 

(not recommended to take daily for long periods of time)

NOTE: DO NOT take with pharmaceutical muscle relaxers, pharmaceutical pain medication or pharmaceutical sedatives.

DIRECTIONS: Take 30-60 drops (1-2mL) orally up to 3x daily.
