While it was popularized in the 1970's by Rosemary Gladstar, fire cider has been around for a long, long time.
This is probably due to the fact that it's one of the easiest and quickest ways to boost your immune system! It's also completely adaptable to each individual's needs and preferences, so it doesn't hurt anything to swap out ingredients that you don't like, or add ones that will give it more benefits and flavor.
Some of those benefits may include, but are not limited to: great decongestant, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, supports good digestion, improve blood circulation, and more!

DIRECTIONS: Always shake before use. Take anywhere from 1-2 teaspoons orally to a shot (1.5 oz) daily for best results! If you feel a sickness coming on, you can take more as needed to give your immune system an extra boost. More honey can be added to cut the spiciness, or can be diluted with water.
