Cranberry juice is widely recognized as a preventative for UTIs for a couple reasons:
1) Cranberries contain a type of antioxidant called "proanthocyanidins" which have been shown to help prevent bacteria from sticking to the walls of the urinary tract and bladder, which can ultimately help prevent infection.
2) Cranberry juice is acidic which can help to maintain an environment in your urinary tract that bacteria is unable to thrive in.
BUT sometimes it can be difficult to find a cranberry juice that isn't full of sugars and additives.
Our cranberry extract is made with apple cider vinegar INSTEAD of alcohol to preserve the more water-soluble vitamins that can sometimes be lost in a regular tincture - AND - contains literally two ingredients: cranberries and apple cider vinegar.
All the vitamins and antioxidant benefits WITHOUT the sugars and additives :)
DIRECTIONS: For UTI prevention we recommend taking 1-2mL (30-60 drops) daily. For use with a current UTI take 1-2mL (30-60 drops) 3x daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Because we try to avoid the use of preservatives and emulsifiers, our products can be vulnerable to weather conditions - especially when shipping.
While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
