Fire Cider Class Ticket (1/10)

You are invited to drop by the apothecary anytime between 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM on Saturday, January 10th to make your very own, CUSTOM fire cider blend! 

This is a 'Make it - Take it' style class which means you will be creating your own blend, putting it together, and taking it home in the same day!

We will be using the folk method which means that once the ingredients and apple cider vinegar are in the jar, you let it steep for 4-6 weeks before straining. We'll give you an instruction card to take home :)

What to expect:

When you first enter, you'll be given a 32oz mason jar.

There will be 10 ingredients (nettle leaf, rosemary leaf, thyme leaf, hibiscus flowers, fresh ginger root, fresh horseradish root, fresh turmeric root, fresh garlic root, fresh oranges/lemons, and cayenne powder) to choose from!

There will be little info cards with each ingredient to help you decide what you want your fire cider to specifically target! Such as: inflammation, digestion, immune support, protection from seasonal illnesses, a vitamin and mineral boost - or a little bit of all of the above! 

You can choose a little bit of all 10 ingredients, but it's recommended to choose 7-8 for a more intentional tonic :)
