It might sound hard to believe that rubbing this salve on your temples and neck before bed ACTUALLY works - but it does!

DIRECTIONS: Rub a little into your temples, and at the base of your neck right before bed. Can use every night as needed!
INGREDIENTS: beeswax, Olea europaea (pure olive oil), Humulus lupulus (hop strobiles), Melissa officinalis (lemon balm leaf), Hypericum perforatum (st. johns wort leaf and flower), Rosa damascena (rose petals), Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) EO.

Crazy good product. Fell asleep quickly, remained asleep all night, and had some crazy dreams. We were fighting giants with baseball bats... crazy.
