For centuries, Native women have used black cohosh root for a variety of menopausal symptoms such as headaches, vertigo, restless sleep, and perhaps most famously - hot flashes!

This root is believed to balance estrogen in the body, lower blood pressure, reduce spasms and tension, and relax the muscles in the uterine walls. Studies have shown that black cohosh binds to the body’s opioid receptors, providing pain relief for body aches and muscle pains associated with menopause.

We also added:

Sage Leaf - Circulatory and mild digestive stimulant. Used to relieve sweats and balance hormonal changes in menopause. Contains rosmarinic acid which is an anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic.

Spearmint Leaf - produces anti-androgen effects which helps reduce testosterone (great for those suffering from PCOS) and keep hormone levels balanced. Improves digestive health and boosts brain function.

Motherwort – a nervine commonly used as a remedy for cardiovascular issues (like heart palpitations) that are triggered by stress and nervous tension. It is an antispasmodic, sedative, and can reduce blood pressure. Used to relieve PMS especially in menopause.
