Stinging nettle is an EXCEPTIONAL natural antihistamine! (Like, life-changingly good!! Especially for those of us living in East TN) Start taking 1-2 months before allergy season to build it up in your system before it hits, or every day if you struggle with pet and dust allergies!
It is also very nutrient dense and a great source of vitamins A, B, C, K as well as iron and calcium! Nettle is comparable to spinach and kale - sometimes even better depending on the source!

Capsules will come in a dark glass container for added protection, but keep out of sunlight and extreme heat.
Refill capsules will come in a plastic bag. Transfer to your dark glass jar as soon as you receive them.

DIRECTIONS: For daily use: Take as needed or as prescribed by your qualified healthcare practitioner.
For seasonal allergies: Take 2 capsules 2x daily. We recommend to start taking at least a month PRIOR to when your allergies begin so that it's well established in your system.

While this can affect the texture of the product, it does not affect the efficiency or safety. If your product has arrived frozen, leave at room temp until thawed and use like normal. If your product arrives melted, place in the refrigerator until it has resolidified.
